Frequently asked questions
How should I print my file?
Your standard home printer will work just fine! If you don't have a printer, I recommend taking the files to your local print shop to achieve a very professional result. Staples, FedEx, and OfficeDepot all have great printing services.
What type of paper should I use?
I recommend a heavyweight, matte paper such as cardstock. You can find cardstock at craft stores like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Wal-Mart, etc.
Where can I find my files?
After purchase, your files can be found in your Etsy account under "purchases and reviews." If you use Guest Checkout, the files will be emailed to you.
Production + Shipping Time
Each giclée print is made to order. I work with a wonderful family-owned print shop that produces stunning giclée art prints. Please allow about 3 days for production and an additional 3-7 days for shipping. All art prints are shipped via USPS First Class.
What is Giclée?
A giclée print is a very high quality reproduction of an original painting. It is essentially the closest you can get to the original painting. I'm always stunned when I look at my originals and giclées side by side!
